CASSIDY absolutely got better with age.

Even versions from 1977, my all-time favorite year, don't compare with the versions in later years, especially early 80's and early 90's when they extended the jam sequence before the final verse.

The version from the Cap Center 3/15/90 show is just one example...they actually extended the jam into 2 different parts that builds and builds before settling back into the "flight on the seabirds" finale.
